Mni 5 years’ experience with SUN's, main servers.
Mni 5 years’ experience with SUN's UNIX operating systems (Solaris) Administration.
Strong experience in the following areas as related to Unix OS:
OS architecture
Tools, utilities and commends
Shells programing
System security, users and access, management
E-mail and web service management including FTP and Telnet
Backup and recovery (Tivoil Storage Manager)
File management and hierarchy
Interfacing UNIX and windows OS’s.
Full understanding and working Knowledge of virtual servers’ setup and management including Domains, Logical Domains and Zones/Contains
Full understanding and working Knowledge of archiving and hierarchical storage
Working knowledge of SAN and NAS storage devices setup and management
Some experience with database administration
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Arabic language capability is desirable
